Black Labyrinth

This piece represents the continuation of a series I've been working on featuring patterns derived from satellite images depicting man's effects on the planet. This particular pattern was birthed from an image of a water treatment plant in Australia. If you're familiar with the Rothko Chapel pieces by Mark Rothko, the variations in the black area were influenced by him. 30x40" collage on stretched canvas. This would be a great statement piece, either for home or corporate settings.
